Joanna Shoop -

"Tattoos really changed my life in many ways. They helped me love and accept my body as well as express myself fully. If I can do that for other people, that is the greatest gift I could give a person!"

Joanna graduated from LCAD in 2023 and is now works as a resident artist in our studio. Her work is vibrant and fun. Joanna works with a multitude of styles, but specializes in color and traditional work. She has been interested in the tattoo field since the age of 15.

Joanna connects with each client she works with, bringing humor and a personal style to her work. She chose Cast of Crowns because of the unique atmosphere in our studio. The elevated aesthetic coupled with our emphasis on fine art continues to drive her forward not only in her tattoo work, but in her fine art projects as well.

Joanna is currently looking to expand her portfolio to bigger pieces, but is always open to the vision of her clients. She takes personal style, insight, and anatomy into consideration to create bold and fun pieces that reflect the individual.
